    For the 2013 season at Grange Park Opera we have created a new installation showing some full size facsimiles of my largest watercolours to adorn the interiors of the largely derelict House at Grange Park. These are suspended around (but not touching) the crumbling walls of the ground floor rooms, where the restaurant is set up for the 2013 opera season.
    Diners will be able to look out over the Roman Forum or under the bridges of Manhattan, be cooled by the fountains of the Alhambra or illuminated by Venetian Fireworks - transported...

    Framed & delivered!  Another BIG watercolour on its way to a new home. At 60 x 145 inches/ 150 x 330cm this is the largest watercolour painting made. As a private commission, it is the centrepiece of a collection of paintings of the Alhambra Palace in Spain, this showing the sublimely beautiful Courtyard of the Lions, a filigree of incised stonework and slender marble columns, reverberating with gentle light and the sound of water.

  • Supporting the 2012 Pendennis Cup

    I am proud to have been involved in supporting the Pendennis Cup at Falmouth this year, documenting the regatta as official artist. At the prizegiving I presented one of the prizes to the winning yacht 'Mariette', a quick watercolour of her last-minute victory during the last race.
